w sprawie uzyskania statusu dużego przedsiębiorcy.

Niniejszym zgodnie z art. 4c Ustawy z dnia 8 marca 2013 r. o przeciwdziałaniu nadmiernym opóźnieniom w transakcjach handlowych (t.j. Dz. U. z 2023 r. poz. 1790) działając w imieniu AJS Parts sp. z o.o. sp.k.  z siedzibą w Warszawie pod adresem: ul. Racławicka 154 / 19, 02-117 Warszawa, wpisanej do rejestru przedsiębiorców Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego prowadzonego przez Sąd Rejonowy dla Miasta Stołecznego Warszawy w Warszawie, XII Wydział Gospodarczy Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego pod numerem KRS: 0000334859, REGON: 141966383, NIP: 7010195428 (dalej: Spółka) oświadczam, iż w dn. 22 lipca 2025 r. Spółka uzyskała status dużego przedsiębiorcy, tj. przedsiębiorcy niebędącego mikroprzedsiębiorcą, małym przedsiębiorcą ani średnim przedsiębiorcą zgodnie z definicją zawartą w załączniku I do rozporządzenia Komisji (UE) nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznającego niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w zastosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187 z dnia 26 czerwca 2014 r.).

STATEMENT

on obtaining the status of a large enterprise.

Hereby, pursuant to Article 4c of the Act of 8 March 2013 on Counteracting Excessive Delays in Commercial Transactions (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1790), acting on behalf of AJS Parts sp. z o.o. sp.k.  with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Racławicka 154 / 19, 02-117 Warsaw, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000334859, REGON: 141966383, NIP: 7010195428 (hereinafter: the Company) I hereby declare that on 22 July 2025 the Company obtained the status of a large enterprise, i.e. an enterprise which is not a micro, small or medium-sized enterprise as defined in Annex I to Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ EU L 187 of 26 June 2014).

Due to the coronavirus epidemic we will be probably forced to limit the number of shipments received from abroad.

Therefore please do not ship returns or claims to us without our prior consent.

We will handle with claims received through the website within the shortest possible time.

According to art. 13 of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of 27 April 2016 (Journal of Laws UE L 119 of 04.05.2016), I inform that:

1. Administrator of personal data is AJS Parts spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp.k, based in Warsaw, ul. Racławicka 154/19, 02-117 Warszawa;
2. Mr. / Mrs. personal data will be processed in order to perform the contract - content based on art. 6 par. 1 letter b, according to the General Regulation of Data Protection of April 27, 2016. ;
3. recipients of Mr. / Mrs. personal data will be:

                    o    entities involved in the implementation of the order

4. Mr. / Mrs. personal data will be stored for 5 years / or the data will be processed until the processing stops for business planning purposes);
5. You have the right to request the administrator to access personal data, rectify them, delete or limit processing;
6. You have, Mr. / Mrs.  the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority
7. Providing personal data is voluntary, however refusal to provide data may result in refusal to conclude the contract;

In order to make the warranty claim process more efficient, we have introduced a solution that will reduce the claim handling time.

With immediate effect please use the “submit claim” section on our website menu.

Please fill in all the required information, in the sections provided.

We will continue to accept warranty claims using your current method until April 30th, however as of May 1^st 2018 we will only accept claims via our website procedure.

To further improve the warranty claim process, we will be introducing the facility to check to status of your claim on line

We kindly request our Partners to report any shortages and discrepancies in deliveries not later than 30 days after the date of receipt of the goods.

Mistakes reported later will not be considered.
